  • Non-refundable Commitment Fee:<\/b> Upon commitment to a team, this fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>
  • Full Season Financial Responsibility:<\/b> You are financially responsible for all Club\/Team fees for the ENTIRE PLAYING YEAR, regardless of participation status<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Season-Ending Injuries:<\/b> May be eligible for a refund or credit, determined case-by-case.<\/span><\/li>
    • Relocation:<\/b> Players moving more than 50 miles during the season may be eligible for a refund, determined case-by-case<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Due Payments:<\/b> All fees are due as per the schedule. We will not mail statements.<\/span><\/li>
      • Delinquent Payments:<\/b> May result in the removal of the player card from the team. A $50 service charge applies for reinstatement.<\/span><\/li>
      • Returned Checks:<\/b> Subject to a $25 fee. Future payments must be made in cash or by credit card.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
