Programs Overview
Sol Sports Club offers a full spectrum of soccer programs designed to support players of all ages, skill levels, and aspirations. From a child’s first touch to elite national competition, our player-centered approach ensures every athlete can grow, develop, and thrive.
With training locations in Winter Garden, Clermont, Tavares, and Sorrento, we are proud to bring high-quality soccer experiences to families throughout Central Florida.

Ages 3U–4U
Mighty Mites
Introduction to Soccer Through Play
Mighty Mites is a playful, hands-on soccer program created for our youngest athletes and their parents. This weekly class is about movement, connection, and creating joyful first experiences with the ball.
Program Fee

Required gear: Tee shirt provided, comfortable play clothes and sneakers (cleats optional)
What Kids Learn
- Basic motor skills and coordination
- Introductory soccer movement and ball familiarity
- Confidence, independence, and socialization through sport
Parent Participation Required
Parents will join their children in 45-minute coach-led sessions that blend fun, movement, and skill-building in a safe and structured environment

Ages 5U-14U
Recreational Soccer League (RSL)
A Fun, Foundational Soccer Experience
RSL is a fun-first, skill-focused program for players ages 5–13. Co-ed teams are built based on age, neighborhood, and friend requests. Every child is placed in an environment where they feel welcome and supported.
Program Fee
U5–U8: $235
U9–U14: $255
Cost includes kit – home & away jerseys, shorts, socks)
What Players Learn
- Soccer basics: dribbling, passing, shooting
- Teamwork and game structure
- A love for the game through fun, positive coaching
Format & Structure
- 5U–8U: 4v4 format (no goalkeepers)
- 9U–14U: 7v7 format (with goalkeepers)
- 1 practice + 1 game per week
- Parent volunteer coaches supported by Sol SC staff
Location & Schedule
- Clermont: Friday practices: 6:00–8:30 PM, Saturday morning games at same location
- Tavares & Sorrento: Weekday practices: 6:00-8:30pm, Friday night games at same location,
- Fall 2025 Season Dates: 11-week program with 8 guaranteed games + 1 make-up week, TBA
Ages 6U–14U
Sol SC Futures
Bridging the Gap from Rec to Competitive
Sol Futures is for players ready to take the next step. With two structured training sessions per week, Futures builds confidence, technical skills, and game awareness.

Soccer for Every Ability
TOPSoccer is an inclusive program for children with disabilities to enjoy soccer in a fun, welcoming, and adaptive setting.

- Jerseys provided with registration

Boy/Girls Ages 9U–19U
Lake County Sol
Local Competition with Club Culture
Lake County Sol offers a competitive team environment for players ready to challenge themselves in a structured, growth-focused setting. Teams compete in local and state-level leagues such as the Greater Central Florida League, guided by experienced coaches focused on individual and team development. Each season—Fall (August–November) and Spring (February–May)—includes a 10-game schedule, with five home and five away matches typically played within a 60-mile travel radius.

Teams train 2x times per week, focusing on technical ability, tactical understanding, and game preparedness. Lake County Sol also serves as a development gateway for players aspiring to progress into Florida Sol Academy and the MLS NEXT pathway.

Florida Sol SC
Advanced Training for Committed Players
Sol SC Academy delivers high-level training, competitive exposure, and a personalized development environment for players competing at the state and regional level. Players are evaluated and placed based on their technical ability, tactical awareness, and commitment to continuous improvement. Led by licensed, experienced coaches, Academy players train 3–4 times per week and compete in multiple different leagues including GCF, EDP, FSPL plus selected tournaments and showcase events designed to challenge them against top-tier talent.

The program emphasizes not just on-field excellence, but also college pathway preparation, including player evaluations and support through the recruitment process. Travel is more extensive than local competitive teams, and players should be prepared for in state and out-of-state competition throughout the year.
Florida Sol Academy is ideal for athletes serious about taking their game to the next level—and beyond.

MLS NEXT / MLS NEXT II / DPL / FAL
Elite Pathway Programs
Sol Sports Club’s elite-level programs represent the highest standard of youth soccer in the United States, providing a direct pathway to college, professional, and national team opportunities. As a founding member of MLS NEXT, Sol SC offers players access to national competition, exposure to college recruiters and professional scouts, and the chance to train in a performance-driven environment. Our MLS NEXT II and FAL teams extend that competitive experience to emerging high-potential players, while our DPL program (for girls) delivers top-level competition and showcase events nationwide.
Players are selected through competitive tryouts or invitation, and must demonstrate advanced technical ability, tactical understanding, mental discipline, and a strong commitment to training and development.
