2024-2025 Season Financial Agreement
Commitment and Responsibility
- Non-refundable Commitment Fee: Upon commitment to a team, this fee is non-refundable.
- Full Season Financial Responsibility: You are financially responsible for all Club/Team fees for the ENTIRE PLAYING YEAR, regardless of participation status
Circumstances for Adjustments
- Season-Ending Injuries: May be eligible for a refund or credit, determined case-by-case.
- Relocation: Players moving more than 50 miles during the season may be eligible for a refund, determined case-by-case
Payment Terms
- Due Payments: All fees are due as per the schedule. We will not mail statements.
- Delinquent Payments: May result in the removal of the player card from the team. A $50 service charge applies for reinstatement.
- Returned Checks: Subject to a $25 fee. Future payments must be made in cash or by credit card.
Withdrawal and Release
- Requests must be submitted in writing to [designated person/contact].
Acknowledgment By signing, you confirm you’ve read and understood these terms, had the opportunity to ask questions, and agree to the financial agreement without reservations.
